It had been used by the family after Emdur shed a couple of Bondi Beach investments he had held for decades. However, a turn to rebuilding and renovating homes in Berowra Waters, the Hawkesbury hideaway spot which can only be accessed by boat, prompted the listing.

Sky Ridge had been leased out by the The Morning Show and The Chase Australia host for short stays for $1000 to $1200 a night.
The sale included the furniture at the Mount Scanzi Rd house.
It sold to a Sydney buyer who will use the South Coast home as a weekender with plans to install a pool.
Kangaroo Valley is a very tightly heald area with PropTrack data showing there were just 5 house sales last year. The average home has taken about 130 days to sell.
